✅ Let’s Work Together to Limit the Spread of COVID-19

With up-to-date testing, responsible self-care, and the latest CDC guidance, we can all help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and other respiratory viruses in our community.

🤒 Feeling Unwell?

No appointment is needed.
You may walk in at any time during our business hours. After a physical assessment, one of our providers will determine if you need a COVID-19 test or another type of test, such as for:

  • Flu A

  • Flu B

  • RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus)

  • Or other respiratory illnesses

🦠 Updated CDC Guidelines for COVID-19

As of the most recent guidance:

  • If you test positive for COVID-19 or have symptoms:
Stay home until you have been fever-free for at least 24 hours without using fever-reducing medication, and your symptoms are clearly improving.
After that, you may return to your regular activities, but you should take extra precautions for 5 more days, such as wearing a mask around others and avoiding high-risk individuals.

  • If you’ve been exposed to someone with COVID-19:
You do not need to quarantine unless symptoms develop. Monitor yourself for symptoms and consider getting tested around Day 5 after exposure.

📃 Receiving Your Test Results

  • All test results will be posted to your Patient Portal.
You can access the portal using the link on our website homepage.

  • If your test result is positive, you will also receive a phone call from our medical staff. Please note that due to high patient volume, you may not receive this call until the end of the business day.

💳 COVID-19 Testing Costs and Insurance Coverage

Since the end of the federal Public Health Emergency, insurance companies are no longer required to cover the full cost of COVID-19 testing. Your individual insurance plan will determine what is covered and what is not.

  • Tests for travel or other non-medical purposes may not be covered at all.

  • Tests for illness, symptoms, or known exposure may be partially covered, depending on your insurance.

  • Any remaining balance after insurance is applied will be the patient’s responsibility, and you will receive a bill for that amount.

Manchester Medical Center does not offer free COVID-19 testing.

Here are our current fees (these will be billed to your insurance provider):

  • Molecular PCR COVID-19 Test: $300
    (Same-day result)

  • Molecular PCR COVID-19 + Flu A & B + RSV Test: $427.89
(Used when symptoms suggest a viral illness; ordered at provider’s discretion)
