We’re excited to share that Manchester Medical Center has upgraded to a new medical records system, eClinicalWorks, to better serve you. This change means more secure, efficient, and user-friendly access to your health information through our new patient portal: Healow.

What You Need to Know

If you previously used our Athena portal, your old login will no longer work. To access your medical records, schedule appointments, or manage your care, you’ll need to create a new account on Healow.

How to Get Started

Click the link below to set up your Healow account. It only takes a few minutes, and you’ll have secure access to your health information right away.

Manchester Medical Center ("MMC") uses SMS (text messaging) to communicate with patients for limited, non-clinical purposes. By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us.

Messaging Topics May Include:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Office closures or updates
  • Requests for the patient to call our office

We do not use text messaging to send or receive any sensitive health information or Protected Health Information (PHI), such as diagnoses, test results, or medical instructions. All messages are kept general to maintain patient privacy.
